The Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry Leadership program, offered through the School of Graduate and Professional Studies, is designed to prepare students for effective church ministry, provide hands-on experiences in a church setting, develop practical skills and knowledge for Christian leadership.

A primary objective of the ministry leadership major is the meaningful integration of biblical knowledge, theoretical perspective and practical application of leadership skills. This integration of skills and knowledge better prepares students to serve their local and global communities.

The ministry leadership major prepares those who desire to work in church ministry, and provides an educational foundation for those currently employed in church ministry. Students majoring in ministry leadership will also be prepared for further studies in seminary.
