The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management online accelerated degree program provides expertise in management, human dynamics and organizational development for business and public administration. This advanced degree program takes a systems approach to the problems, principles and practices of management, incorporating conceptual and theoretical knowledge, while presenting the material from a Christian perspective. The Bachelor of Science degree will be conferred upon successful completion of all graduation requirements. The major includes the study of organizational behavior related to individual motivation, productivity in various environments, motivational behavior, ways to achieve optimal productivity and employee satisfaction, the ways group behavior affects organizational effectiveness and an introduction to financial management. The course material is augmented by SAU's faith-based educational approach. The program requires 38 credits.
