Join Spring Arbor University as we our tradition of the Hanging of the Greens celebration on December 11, 2009, when we will usher in this blessed holiday season and reflect on the true meaning of the Season, which is the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
Relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of Christmas at our Spring Arbor campus. Listen as our students serenade you with yuletide music in the sanctuary at the Spring Arbor Free Methodist Church. Before the concert, bring your elementary-age children to the Fellowship Hall at the church where they will watch a heart-warming holiday movie while you enjoy our holiday concert. Afterward, stroll through campus during our candlelit processional and watch a spectacular fireworks show.
As you are enjoying the evening, take a ride through campus in a horse-drawn Christmas wagon and then delight in a family-friendly community reception where the aroma of fresh roasted almonds and holiday refreshments fill the air. Allow the sight of children decorating cookies and whispering secrets to Santa touch your hearts. May the hearts of all who join us be filled with the Spirit of Christmas.
