Student Right-to-Know

The Student Right-To-Know Act of 1990 requires all institutions of higher education to make available various information to its students, including graduation rates, as well as information regarding its athletic program participation and financial support. The Crime Awareness and Campus Security Act of 1990 requires that institutions make available their campus crime statistics and to identify exemplary campus security policies, procedures, and practices and disseminate information on those that have been effective in reducing campus crime.
