Characteristics of Graduate Education

Graduate education at Spring Arbor University is characterized by these components:

  • Depth of Inquiry
  • Research-based Learning
  • Practical Application
  • Knowledge Creation
  • Independent and Self-Directed Learning

Faith Integration

We strive to integrate faith, living, and learning into every aspect of our graduate programs. Our faculty, administrators, and staff are committed to Jesus Christ as the foundation for teaching and scholarly pursuits. Their personal relationships with Christ provide the basis for their worldview and their interactions with those around them.

Scholarly Activity

Our focus is on the scholarship of discovery, teaching, integration, and application. Our faculty engage in scholarly pursuits, and our programs include scholarship opportunities for students.

Academic Excellence

Our programs provide high quality learning experiences and student-focused environments. Our programs are academically solid, indicative of our identity as an evangelical Christian university, and driven by the Spring Arbor University Concept.

Our programs are housed in and administered by one of our four schools:

We encourage you to take the time to explore our programs. For site-based programs, click here . For online programs, click here.
