Sample Menu

Below is our sample four-day menu* hoping to dine with us during their stay on-campus. The sample menu below is for groups of 200 people and larger. A minimum of 40 people is required for most of our dining services. Menus can be changed to meet certain dietary needs. Chartwell’s Sample Four-day Menu

Day One

Breakfast

Pancakes, eggs, hashbrown and ham

Lunch

Fresh Grille – Grilled bacon and cheese sandwich, baked pasta and fries
Market Carvery – Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, baked beans
Menutainment – taco bowl
Also have – Pizza, salad bar and deli bar

Dinner

Fresh Grille – Sweet and sour chicken nuggets, white rice, fried rice
Market Carvery – Meatloaf, roasted redskins, mixed veggies, green bean casserole
Also have – Pizza, salad bar and deli bar


Day Two

Breakfast

Biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage patties, hash brown shreds

Lunch

Fresh Grille – Pulled pork sandwich, Kaisers, straight fries
Market Carvery – Chicken parmesan, sauce, spaghetti noodles, breadsticks and veggies
Menutainment – Turkey club wrap
Also have – Pizza, salad bar and deli bar

Dinner

Fresh Grille – Burgers, fries, buns, mac n’ cheese
Market Carvery – Turkey and beef potpies, dilled carrots, broccoli and cheese
Also have – Pizza, salad bar and deli bar


Day Three

Breakfast

French toast, eggs, sausage links, hash patties

Lunch

Fresh Grille – Grilled chicken sandwich, buns, pasta primavera, potato wedges
Market Carvery – Roast pork loin, new potatoes, California blend, green beans with almonds
Menutainment – Beef stir fry
Also have – Pizza, salad bar and deli bar

Dinner

Fresh Grille – Chicken patty, buns, veggie, fries
Market Carvery – Lasagna, Italian green beans, garlic cheese bread, veggie lasagna
Also have – Pizza, salad bar and deli bar


Day Four

Breakfast burrito, chopped grilled potatoes, eggs
