Spring Arbor University alumnus Drew Curtis stars as Charlie in “Couch Survivor,” a feature length comedy recently picked up by Amazon.
Written and directed by Jonny Walls, the film tells the story of a failing cable network looking for its next project. The answer? A reality show where people compete to see who can stay on the couch the longest with the winner receiving $100,000.
Curtis, a video/film major, graduated in 2008. He has been credited as talent in four short films and one other feature film titled “The Living.” He is a member of the Screen Actors Guild and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. In addition to his acting credits, he has also done stunts on ABC’s WipeOut.
“Couch Survivor” is currently available for streaming on Amazon Prime.
