Eric Beda manages the Office of Intercultural Relations at Spring Arbor University. He was hired in 2012 and previously spent nine years of his career in the private sector as a contract negotiator and a Supply Chain professional. He has increased the utilization of the Office since taking over by overseeing some renovation and marketing to a much broader community base and Jackson county. Mr. Beda reports to the Vice President for Student Development, is a member of the Student Development and Learning department, and provides leadership as Co-Chair of the Diversity Committee.
Mr. Beda has a business degree from Michigan State University and is currently pursuing a Master in Business Administration at Spring Arbor University. Family and religion are the two most important things in his life. He enjoys spending time with his wife Kristina and their two daughters Hannah and Juliette.

Arlena Everson was born and raised in Detroit, MI, but currently lives in New York. She transferred to SAU in 2012 and is am now a Junior Accounting major. She loves shopping, baking and eating.
