Hometown: Terre Haute, IN

Education: I graduated from Taylor University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.

Interests: I enjoy spending my free time with family and friends. I also love reading, running, watching a good TV show series, listening to an interesting podcast and doing anything artistic and crafty.

Testimony: I grew up in a Christian household, and my family has always been very involved in church. I became a Christian at a very young age and my faith has grown and changed over many seasons of life. Whether I was going through a time of growth and hardship or a mountaintop experience, each season has shown me a different side of God’s faithfulness and goodness. The Lord is constantly reminding me to trust him in all circumstances. Each step of faith brings a new set of challenges. Those challenges are a constant reminder that God is in control and will continue to provide in ways that I couldn’t have imagined.

Statement of Purpose: As the body of Christ, we are called to go out and make disciples of all nations. Christian education has made such a positive impact on my life and has allowed me to grow in my relationship with the Lord. It has also equipped me to live out God’s calling for the body of Christ. At SAU, I am excited to get to know new families and students, to tell them more about Spring Arbor University, and to share my experiences with them and the value of Christian education.
